Refund Eligibility

• Full refunds are available if work has not yet begun
• Partial refunds may be considered based on work completed
• Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email

Non-Refundable Items

Custom work that has been completed and approved cannot be refunded. Revision fees and additional services beyond the original scope are non-refundable once work has commenced.
